*Dumpsters are heavy & will get heavier as you fill them.

*It’s best to place dumpsters on a solid, flat service, like your driveway or curbside.

*We avoid soft ground like lawns that will increase the likelihood of sinking or damaging the space.

*You can rent Rolliskates to add an enhanced level of protection under the dumpster feet.

  • How does a dumpster rental work?
Renting a dumpster: 1. You book the dumpster with the dumpster size that caters to your project size whether it be a large construction job or small trash cleanout. We deliver the dumpster to your chosen address and you begin to load the dumpster 2. Once you’re finished loading the dumpster let us know and we will pick the dumpster up and take it to the landfill to empty the dumpster. 3. We empty the dumpster, we send you the total weight of the debris/waste. You then pay the dump fee, and the rental is complete.
  • How much does it cost to rent a dumpster?
Dumpster rentals begin at $340 for a 3-day rental. Size, content, and duration of rental will affect your final invoice. Once you pay for the base rental cost, you only pay for the overage tonnage cost after its weight allotment. Most overage tonnage cost is roughly $0.045/lb. If you have specialty items, we have a price per item for things like ovens or tires.
  • How high can I fill the dumpster?
All dumpsters cannot have any material pointing above the “Do not overfill lines.” Overfilling the dumpster will result in additional fees for our drivers to remove material that is above the overfill line or an incomplete pickup. There are vigorous Department of Transportation regulations on hauling overfilled dumpsters therefore we are legally obligated to deny pickup of a dumpster until the excess material/debris is removed. If you fill a dumpster completely and need another then you can book one like the first on our website.
  • Are there any additional fees for special items?
There are some items which are allowed in the dumpster, but have additional cost to dispose of them. Please check out the list of specialty items below. These items are allowed in our 14, 22, and 40 yard dumpsters: Appliances - $40 each - Air conditioning - Refrigerator/freezer - Stove - Washing machine - Dryer - Microwave - Ovens Mattress/box springs - $30 - All sizes Varied sized rubber tires - prices below - Tires: $10.00 each less than 36 inches - Tires: $40.00 each for 36 to 60 inches - Tires: $300.00 each over 60 inches
  • Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery and pickup?
It is our policy to have an adult present upon delivery of the dumpster to ensure that the dumpster is placed in the correct location. No adult presence is needed for pickup unless the dumpster is behind a locked gate.
  • What items are allowed in the dumpster?
General household items Examples include furniture, clothing, toys, cardboard, paper, desk, boxes, chairs, pillows, and any other non hazardous items typically found in your home. Home Electronics and Appliances Examples include computers, monitors, TVs, printers, old or new electronic devices. If you require a relocation of the dumpster we can provide that service to you. If you choose to move the dumpster for whatever reason regardless of if any damage has occurred to the dumpster there will be a minimum fine of $1,000.
  • Is there a weight limit and what happens when a dumpster is heavier than expected?
Most people will find that they stay within the included base rental price. But for those who have heavier-than-expected dumpsters, there is an additional invoice based on the overage. For the 14-yard dumpster, 2,000 lbs of weight/debris is included in the dumpster cost with $0.045/lb for every 1lb over 2,000 lbs. For the 22-yard dumpster, 3,000 lbs of weight/debris is included in the dumpster cost with $0.045/lb for every 1lb over 3,000 lbs.
